Your Partner Through Life’s Big Changes
Hi, I’m Julianne.
I specialize in supporting adolescents, young adults, and women who are navigating those moments when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. Whether you’re adjusting to college, facing relationship stress, managing grief, or trying to find your footing after a sudden change, I’m here to create a steady, supportive space to help you sort through it all. Together, we’ll work on building clarity, strengthening your coping skills, and helping you trust yourself a little more each day.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy.
You don’t need a perfect plan before reaching out. If anxiety is crowding your mind, if life’s shifts feel too big to hold, or if you just want a steady place to be heard and understood, therapy with me offers that. I take you seriously and help you move forward with small, manageable steps that build your confidence and ease your worries.
Therapy can feel like a big step, and that’s okay. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer your questions, hear what you’re facing, and talk about how we might work together. There’s no pressure—just a chance to get to know each other and see if this feels like the right fit.
My style is straightforward and caring. I focus on what’s already strong inside you and help you build on it. Using a client-centered approach paired with DBT-based skills, I’ll guide you through understanding your emotions and handling relationship challenges or everyday stress in practical ways.
Plus, as a Certified Animal-Assisted Therapist, we can utilize your most trusted companion as a way to reduce stress, anxiety, and worry.
Why I became a therapist
My passion lies in supporting adolescents, young adults, and women as they move through big life shifts. A lot of clients I see come in feeling flooded, anxious, stuck, or unsure about what comes next. Sometimes it’s the adjustment to college or a new job path. Other times it’s relationship stress, divorce, figuring out identity, caring for others, grief and loss, or trying to get back on your feet after something you never saw coming.
In our work together, we focus on creating a steady, supportive place where you can sort through what’s happening, strengthen your coping, and take steps forward with more clarity and self-trust.
A Warm, Collaborative Approach Centered on You
What It’s Like to Work Together
Clients often describe our sessions as conversational, supportive, and grounding.
You won’t be expected to perform or present a perfect version of yourself here. Some days you may come with clear goals. Other days you may not know where to begin, and that’s completely okay.
Together, we:
explore patterns with curiosity rather than criticism
develop practical tools you can use in everyday life
build emotional awareness and confidence
create space for honesty, reflection, and growth
Therapy moves at your pace. There is no “right way” to do it.
